With no accidents or tickets, monthly premium increased by $15-$20 every 6 months. Roadside assistance never worked. Jeff quoted me a premium, told me to pay online, then cancelled my policy for non payment. I overlooked and told him to just restart the policy, he told me he could no longer honor the price and increased my premium by...wait for it $15/month. No apology, just a 'oh well' attitude. I will be reporting to the BBB. Also, the other reviewers (who gave 5 stars) are employees in his agency. I've worked with Amber.
Jeff and his team are great!! Jeff was able to save me a lot of money by combining my policies. Glad I made the switch.
