Poor communication and grossly overpriced. Homeowners insurance rate MORE than doubled despite filing zero claims. After repeated calls and emails, Jason finally responded and tried to offer me an alternative insurance plan thru different provider which included less coverage and only slightly higher than former rates. After googling that provider, I found it had terrible reviews with frequent customer complaints.
