Unfortunately American Family keeps raising our insurance rates and when we called in they didn’t care that we were going to cancel. We were able to get quotes from many other agencies for about half the price. Sad that you can be with a company for about 20 years and they won’t work with you. Never even had a claim with them. Enjoy all the money we gave you over 20 years! Extremely disappointed!
Cancelled insurance here and they kept billing me after coverage stopped.
