Never been let down.
Recently they just ignore my calls and emails asking a very important question about my home insurance. No one answers and I emailed multiple times. Also I CC'd other people in the office, in the email. It has been one month. No response. Will be moving my service elsewhere. Being ignored is the absolute worst when you are a paying customer that needs help. Accounting is mess.
