I have had American Family insurance for quite a while and over the years we have had to update our insurance due to new vehicles. Jabar Dozier always goes the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. I recently worked with Jacqueline and had a great experience. She was able to explain the benefits and options for coverage and we reached an agreement on a plan that fit my needs. Highly recommend.

Very unprofessional, Never follow-up or complete things. Always an excuses why they are not available and never a solution to anything. Worst agency! I have been with this company over 10 years and multiple policies.

Unfortunately, my experience with this agency has been frustrating. Jabar took over my policy after the original agent I worked with left the company. I've been trying for months to convert my life insurance policies to a more affordable option after the premiums tripled. Despite multiple emails, no action was taken. Phone calls to the office often went unanswered, and when I finally did get a call back, it was over a week later.
