Jabar Dozier always goes the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. I recently worked with Jacqueline and had a great experience. She was able to explain the benefits and options for coverage and we reached an agreement on a plan that fit my needs. Highly recommend.
Very unprofessional, Never follow-up or complete things. Always an excuses why they are not available and never a solution to anything. Worst agency! I have been with this company over 10 years and multiple policies.
