Very hard to get ahold of the agent and he's not a good representative of American family insurance I would not recommend that agent to anybody or anyone.

We've used this agency for many years. Was better/easier when they were smaller, but very hard to get a hold of now. Always leaving messages, rarely actually talk to anyone any more. That's normally not an issue until you need something, then it takes forever because you can't just talk to someone and get it resolved quickly. I think they need more staff to answer the phones.
