This is the most unprofessional and uneducated car insurance establishment I’ve ever dealt with in my 25 years of having car insurance….it all started months before I actually decided to switch companies. I made a payment that took them over a week to extract. When they finally decided to take the funds an unknown payment had been extracted from my account.
