It was good until they took away a discount then ended my car insurance policy early! Even tho I paid in full. So when you switch I recommend canceling right away and don’t let your insurance go to end of term! You will get screwed! OH and don’t pay in full, it’s been nothing but a headache! Upon further review. My cars VIN is under someone else’s name, now there is fraud in the system. Avoid American family at all costs!
Gregory is a very honest helpful agent I've had horrible dishonest experiences with other agents. I highly recommend him for his kindness and willingness to have your best interest in mind also the knowledge and ability to teach you about things others would pass up.
