They are Rip off artists. A stain on society. Have you seen all the one star reviews here? Beware!!! They doubled my home insurance with out notice. With out asking if I'd like something a little cheaper. I found out from my mortgage company, not these people. This caused issues with the mortgage company, they had to look into why my house payment jumped $300 a mo. Took two days and a supervisor involved to get to the bottom of it. I called this office to cancel auto policy for my old car and Makayla Martin said that i should send email to her to proof my cancellation. Then she went ahead and cancelled all my 3 vehicle policies when i reached to her at first she claimed that i cancelled all vehicles asked her to read the email again.
