Felix was very responsive and walked me through the process in great detail as requested. I appreciated working with him. I've worked with him on both business and personal insurance and have been happy with the service I've gotten!
1st rating-Affordable and always there to help. 2nd rating-After 2yrs no one rechked my rates after REQUESTED. Finally called around and got better rates and saved MYSELF over HALF of what i paid here. Smh bad customer service once they are in ur pocket.
Felix was very helpful and has a worth of knowledge which made switching companies a "NO BRAINER". GREAT FELIX!!
