Been with AmFam since I started driving, and even in my departure, there are some of the kindest and most caring people working at this office. Shout out Danelle for sure, because she will personally walk you through everything and explain it in whatever terms you need, and is just understanding in whatever works best for you.
At this time, I would recommend you not to have business with these people. I am not talking about American Family Insurance. It's about just this office. I think this team is not being appropiately supervised, and they do not act with integrity, honesty, and profesionalism, specially those ladies (Kathy Durand and other person whose name is Rob).
