Update May 2025: American Family is NOT interested in keeping raving fans as customers. My homeowners rate has tripled over the last 5 years, and I can't even talk to the Agent about it. All I can get is the office staff, as the agent's call back log is evidently filled up for the next month. Come to think of it, I don't know that I have ever spoken with my agent at this location. I have a unique situation with my townhouse. I was told that I wouldn’t find the coverage I was looking for! Tessa has stuck around for months answering all my questions along the way. Then, she talked about my auto insurance. Today, we put it all together. Tessa kept pulling out discounts! I was thrilled!
