I called American Family and spoke to Courtney, regarding setting up coverage, she listened to my needs and concerns regarding insurance. Courtney emailed me a full detailed statement of what my husband and I would pay for our home, vehicles and a life insurance policy. I feel like Courtney genuinely cared about providing great customer service and she got me an awesome insurance policy for a very affordable price! So if you’re in the market for quality customer service and great customer service you should call Courtney.
Jason and his team have been fantastic to work with. I had the chance to work with Courtney she got me sent up with Auto Home and Life insurance for my whole family. She handled all of my needs and was able to drop my auto premium by about $400 a month and was able to get a higher coverage. Jason was there to help me understand my insurance needs no pressure no upsells. Overall very happy Thank you Jason and Courtney you guys are amazing
