Originally over 7 yrs ago this plan was the cheapest, and he was a decent person to do business with, but over time, thins went down hill. I’m all about staying with the same company as long as it’s saving me money of course- but if I could afford another insurance I would definitely pick another company and agent. This is the worse agent I have ever dealt with. I had trouble with my payment for my car policy going through called to get it fixed with him kept being told he would get back to me until it lapsed. I was searching diff companies to see different rates but this was better since I bundled. I called for 3 months straight and the lady that answer the phone kept making excuses of him not available and messages being left to call me back it never happened. Parked in this places parking lot for a minute and a tall gentleman approached my car asking me to roll down my window and then asked if he could help me? I told him no I was just stopping for a minute and he said this is private property you need to leave.... IF I needed insurance, I wouldn't go out of my way to work with someone entitled and rude about their parking lot. Can't imagine how they are with customer service and insurance.
