Customer service is non-existant here. Whoever has been running this office the last couple years can't possibly work full time. They don't seem to do anything ever. I will be changing agents or using a different insurance company entirely.
I made a hail claim on my vehicle. Working with the claims department has been a nightmare. I turned to help by Calling the Doug Proudfoot agency my local insurance agent. I have been working with Dani. She has been so extremely helpful. She has taken her own time to make phone calls to get answers for me because I have been unsuccessful. I have to say I got more answers out of Dani than the claims dept.
Always easy to talk to Doug. Usually has the answer I am looking for or will find it for me
