Accident on Friday and was not able to get a hold of anybody at support until sunday am. The system just refers us to our adjuster's voicemail not a live representative even when we ask for one. The app will not let us upload pictures, tow or get a rental car. We have started a claim and that is it that is all the system has allowed us to do. Our adjuster is out for the next week at least. Live representative said it could be up to 2 weeks before they return to the office. We understand it's a holiday but a week or two weeks... read more
