Never in the office, never answers his phone, doesn’t return messages left on his voicemail. I set up an appointment with him. He wasn’t there. My call to him went to his voicemail and I left a message. I returned to the office an hour later. Again, he wasn’t there, I called and left a voicemail. No callback from him. The next day, I called twice, the calls went to voice mail again. Neither call was returned. This was 3 weeks ago, and still no call back from him.
Great agent. Promt with policy changes. Explains everything well, always follows up with questions.
