I haven't put in any claims, nothing has changed over the years, yet my homeowners insurance has gone up tremendously. I called, couldn't even get a call back. Once I called again they let me know it didn't matter if I stayed with them or not. Really sad customer service.
Talk about collecting commission with 0 attention paid. Due to the lack of attention/communication, my home owners policy was not canceled and my mortgage was charged twice. This was after I reached out regarding a rate increase, asking to quote with different deductibles and got NO RESPONSE. Never heard from her once throughout the year term. Called back to cancel after hearing nothing, and was advised by customer service (Amfam) that the agent would be notified to cancel the policy as is their process. This was 2 weeks bef... read more
