Just moved all my insurance over to Chris at American Family insurance. I researched insurance companies and American Family was one of the most highly rated. I like the fact that they can add an earthquake endorsement onto the homeowners policy. I much prefer that than getting a third party earthquake policy like GeoVera. Also, they provide an extended replacement cost endorsement for no additional charge which is super important with construction costs rising so fast. Anytime I need help with policy documents or an insurance change, they are responsive, professional, and efficient. Most recently, Beth Brooks, the office manager, went above and beyond to quickly provide the necessary proof of coverage to our moorage provider. Her prompt assistance made the process seamless.
