Just awful. My husband and I are finally canceling American Family, and the start of our bad experience began with this agent. Let me start by saying, we were with American Family and Christine's agency since 2018. Things were great in the beginning. Prices were reasonable, and Christine was on top of everything. The problems started in 2023. We received several letters from GA DDS stating our driver's licenses would be suspended as our insurance had lapsed. Umm? What?
