I have left at least 4 messages over the last month to file a claim, and he will not return any of my phone calls i had to call corporate and file the claim with them / we had our property damaged by one of his customers stay away as the customer service is non excitant, or perhaps he lost his phone
Well I have had him as a agent close to 7 years He allowed my policy to lapse without contacting my wife or myself come to find out he put the incorrect address on my renters insurance and all correspondence wrong address the address of vacant lot. He also didn’t cancel our home insurance I had an accident on 2/2 and the way found out I didn’t have insurance also found out the home insurance was still active I went to talk to him and let him know his and he is responsible for fixing of my and reinstating my insurance.
