Great Job! I am a new customer, Craig and his staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. Most of all they gave me a great rate and made it super easy.
American Family Insurance- Julia Meek falls short. Julia Meeks treated my application with little regard and dismissed the assistance I needed in understanding the bonding and insurance process. I was put on hold, told she was out of the office,(while she was in the office) and in one E-mail, I asked her if she had a quote for me, she replied "NOT YET!" She also went ahead and sent me a bond premium with out ever going over the terms or the premiums. I would NOT recommend this branch.
American Family Insurance- Julia Meek is fantasic julia has been my agent for 3 years. She is really good, infact when I need something she calls me right away. We lost all of our food a couple years ago in the storm and she gave us a costco gift cert to cover the cost
Nice guy Bill is a decent guy. He doesn't fight for his clients, though, preferring to adopt the American Family party line. I'll continue to patronize him, though.

A Great Agent We have had Dustin for our insurance agent for a little over two years now, and couldn't be more happy with his service. He is personable, kind and professionall. Not only did our quote for apartment, car, and business insurance come in for less than our Geico quote, but when we moved to a house, our transition was flawless. I got into a car accident about two months ago, and Dustin took care of it so quickly!
!GREAT! Well I am not sure what kind of job he does but I know he's a good man... He is in the passion play and well he is very kind so yes I think you should use him!
