Friendly staff, customer for over a decade. No auto claims ever, started shopping rates, then magically they were able to offer me a 50% reduction with a "new product"once they knew I was looking. Also sold me a product add-on for my homeowners that due to the fine print (where the it didn't match up exactly to what I had) made it impossible to ever make a claim if I needed to...they never said that in the beginning when I was sold that coverage or why would anyone ever buy it...but they happily took my premiums on it for 4 ... read more
