Excellent, I’ve been with this agent for over 25 years , Ken was the first I dealt with and never left . Now Tony and his staff are the best . I’ve been with AMFAM since I got my license and I can say the customer service is great. I’ve had to put in recent claims and they’ve gotten back to me quickly and I was able to get my car in and out of the shop quickly. I recommend American family to anyone looking for insurance or even just a life policy.
