Terrible insurance company. Will find every reason not to cover a claim. The agent doesn’t do his job in explaining coverage. Then says “well you chose not to purchase that. I am the sole owner of the property yet I’m only “an insured person” on the policy. I brought this up 3 years ago and it still has not been resolved. If you choose them for homeowners insurance you would get better coverage setting your money on fire in your back yard

I work with Aaron K and we have a few policies with him. He is the most understanding insurance rep I have had. He makes sure I know what I’m paying for and he lets me know how much I’m saving! If I ever have a question he emails me or calls me as soon as he can. I have never been happier with my insurance prices and rep more than now. Thanks Aaron!

I recently switched to Aaron after a bad experience elsewhere. Aaron found a glaring gap in my homeowners coverage. He's been thorough in his evaluation of both auto and home. I appreciate the straightforward guidance and advice. He goes way above what I expect from an insurance agent. Long term relationships matter more to him than short term profits.

We have been with Aaron for over 15 years and our experience has been excellent overall. He answers my questions in a way I can understand and he responds to requests for quotes in a timely manner. The main reason for this review is because he went the extra mile when I was in an accident last year and had to file a claim. During the claim he helped explain some confusion and helped the outcome to be as fair as possible. When I needed him he was there to help. This is what I expect from my insurance agent.
