Roy gave us a hard time when we transferred to a new insurance company. Then had the nerve to send an extra bill to collections when cancelled early. So shady , sleazball and untrustworthy. Over charges after you sign up for the monthy bill and it comes in higher for his commission. Skip this place. Aaa so much less expensive.
