AmFam never lets me down. I switched years ago when I was trying to find reasonably priced insurance after a few unfortunate speeding tickets, received by one of my teenage kids. My agent, Shamika, reviewed my situation and helped find coverage that fit our needs and my budget. Multiple changes over the years have been made promptly and with little to no fuss. My agent is great for many reasons They always return my calls They are always helpful for bringing my costs down on policies due to unnecessary coverage They have also covered some roof replacements , many carriers don’t nowadays
