I want to give a huge THANK YOU to the Jim Lord Agency! You are going to need a great agent if you decide to go with Am Fam. The claims process is horrible and you will need someone like Jim to handle the adjusters. Got 1 quote from another major insurer and saved $100/month, so it is time to say goodbye.
