I've had several different insurance providers in the past and American Family has been the best so far. It means the most to me to have someone who lives in this area that I can call and talk to when I have any questions or issues. I'm not routed through a series of questions to get me to the right department just to be put on hold. Customer service means a lot to me and I will be sticking with American Family for that reason.
