Charles has been helpful and responsive to questions that arose in the years since our trust was completed. He clearly values an on going relationship. We received clear answers and didn’t receive a bill. The value of wills and trusts became apparent recently when our son-in-law’s father died unexpectedly. He thought he had a will, but it didn’t include the necessary elements for the executor (our son-in-law) to easily close the simple estate; i.e. a home, car, etc. The probate process is slow. I can’t say enough about this company! The original seminar I went to and their dad Daniel presented it was absolutely phenomenal. I realized as he was finishing up that my dad’s trust that was done improperly by an attorney, but was inexperienced in trusts, and it took me over seven years to get my Dads finished.
