Unfortunately I never had the opportunity to truly get the full experience. I called twice on today. The first time I was told to come after 3 for my physical because they were doing Covid-19 testing and didn’t mix patients which was fair. I called at 3:30 to ask if I could get a physical and was advised yes, to come in. I got ready and drove 30 minutes to arrive and to be told that I could not be seen because of the wait time. RecommendedHighly recommend AFC. Thank you to the team for being so sweet to my 3year old son. We had to make a very unexpected visit due to a bleeding ear. The staff was very patient and friendly despite being treated awful by previous patients. Dr Carver was the best and really took the time to take care of my son and make him comfortable. Thank you AFC. You made a scary situation much easier.
My son and his fiancée went for a COVID test, they charged them $150 that day then my son received another bill in the mail for another $118. Seriously, $268 for a COVID test you can get for free? My son needed a specific test to travel to Jamaica for his honeymoon and they did not even preform the correct test. They refused to do the correct test at no charge and they refused to file with insurance. What a SCAM!

My husband has had COVID symptoms and was recommended to them for testing. He called them prior to coming and setting up appointment and they told him everything he needed to do before coming. He filled out all the paperwork and called them when he arrived like he was advised to do. They told him to wait in his vehicle and they would call him.
