If I could give this urgent care a 0 star I would. The girls upfront are rude, unprofessional and need serious empathy/Healthcare training. The nurse in the back asked my friend to take off his head wrap from his head and when my friend refused gave the worse attitude and racist look he has ever experienced. We will never return here and will definitely let other people know what kind of place this is. Terrible.
Arrived at 1:45… I’ve been placed in a room after 2+ hours of waiting. Now I’m in a room waiting on a docter to show up. No one has entered this room in the last 30 minutes. It is currently 4:22 and no one has came into the room. UGH this is such a waste of time. Won’t be surprised if I leave at 7pm
