All they want to do is sell new glasses. absolutely no customer service after sell. very disappointed after years of decent service.
I went there on the recommendation of a colleague and was not disappointed. I arrived JUST as they were closing (hoping to get there earlier) and they still let me in. Fixed my glasses that had come from another eye wear company and did an outstanding job! All they asked of me was to return if I needed anything else. I will be back for my upcoming eye exam. Very courteous and friendly, they were extremely helpful. I will be back.
I absolutely love the new Doctor, he is very thorough and explains a lot. The selection of frames is amazing. Very professional staff👍👍👍👍
Watch yourself here. This staff is into bate and switch. Sorry to say they can't be trusted. Gave me a quote twice on a pair of sun glasses only to switch the price at the final pick up. They doubled the price and said they made an adding mistake. Two separate people made "an adding mistake" on two separate occasions. No, I think something fishy is going on here. Take your business somewhere else where you can trust the sale people. Watch the manager with the long black hair. Something amiss here.
