So I've been waiting a year to see if they would be getting a new provider that is available normal working hours. Either the business has dropped off or that's going to be one hella wait time. I've been going there for 30+ years.
The drs and some staff here a great don’t get me wrong. The receptionists though dont know what they are doing. I was told they would call when the prescription got in but I had to call and wait to be told they were there. Then when I went up there after already paying for the glasses and visit I was hit with more money that I had to pay because no one else could tell me I had a copay besides one lady. They need to get it together. They are losing business.
I was very pleased with the great service and, friendliness and promptness the folks at AE provided me when I had an emergency situation and my original glasses were unusable.
Best optometrist in the area, I have read the reviews, and it's unfortunate that some have had a bad experience. I can only say that I've had nothing but great experiences here.
