5+ stars for American Eyecare in Keokuk! Fast, friendly, prompt and helpful. The staff made the complexities of insurance claims seem effortless. Dr. Granera is an excellent communicator with a knack for explaining the evaluation process and recommended options. Highly recommended.
Made the sale but lost this customer. My glasses just weren't quite right but I gave them 30 days so I could adjust. After 30 day's I went in and told them they still weren't feeling right. They convinced me to give it another 30 days. After another 30 days, they still weren't right and asked them to please do something about it. "I'm sorry, it's past your 30 days. There's nothing we can do about it now." I have never gone back.
Very pleasant and professional Dr and staff.
