My 86 year old dad has been seeing Dr Jessica Ellmore about 5 years. Once we moved to Fayetteville office from Dunn, the efficiency and professionalism of staff drastically declined. Twice in less than 6 months staff made important scheduling errors. In December we were notified last minute of a scheduling issue and rescheduled for over a month out. I came to Fayetteville in mid 2017 and I have been seen by multiple eye doctors from Fayetteville, Cameron, Sanford, Durham, Charlotte, and Raleigh. From personal experience, none of them come close to the professionalism, respect, and outright friendly treatment and patient care I received and witnessed at American Eye Care.
