Dr.Elmore, he was rude!! Demanding my daughter answer him, Yes sir. Like YES wasn’t good enough. When I corrected him. He replied, that’s what I require. And proceeded to play the song via SIRI: Respect by Aretha Franklin. Are you serious, The nerve of this guy . NOT PROFESSIONAL, Certainly would NEVER recommend !!!!!
Staff is rude and unwilling to help !!!! The older white lady just stand back in that room being judgemental and rude towards guest !!!! If you have a choice choose another eye center . Getting help and being treated like you matter will not happen at this place …
I have taken my entire family here. My son is a regular patient due to his Myopia. They took our insurance and now no longer do because ours changed and due to how Myopia not being covered. I could change drs. However the service and all is so good I’ll pay out of pocket for it. Myopia is not really covered with insurance either but they are personal, kind, listen to you, they take time rather cut you off. You will not find better people or a better doctor.
Came in for an ROTC eye exam with Mr. Elmore; pleasant experience. He recommended bringing my kids in for exams. All my kids saw Jessica Elmore. She was amazing with the kids. Thorough, fun, kind, and quick. She is very gifted with children. The rest of the staff was great too. Especially the assistants that helped run the machine tests. Highly recommend, especially for anyone who needs kids eye exams. No issues using Tricare Prime.
Receptionist seemed polite and tone completely changed when it came to the type of insurance I had.
