This is the most unfriendly place to purchase glasses.
RecommendedDr Gasser and staff are amazing
we had no issues till they change doctors now all three of us have problems seeing with our new glasses. We see better with our old ones. and they are priced so high over other places with the same brand. They have hit rock bottom. in our town. And they got this female india doctor who has an attitude too.
I have been calling them since 9 am today no one ever answers the phone, can't reach on their web sight. I was in over a MONTH ago for an appointment still waiting for a SAMPLE lens so that I can order my lenses. Went in to see them last Monday no lens yet had the Manager call me she said the lens should be in that day she was to call me when it came,this is a week later so call from her or anyone if I ran a business like this it would me out of business.
