I posted this from my account and now from my mom's . This review is based soley on their billing department. Their doctors and other staff have been wonderful. Their billing has been a nightmare. My mother was a cash patient and seen in Feb and March of 2022. She then was put on MediCal after receiving a stage 4 cancer diagnosis in May 2022. We were told that we could be reimbursed for any appts up to 3 months prior. I contacted their billing department and they assured me they would handle everything for us. It's been 7 mo... read more
I saw dr. Abdallah. I had surgery to remove cateract. 7 weeks later my eye sight is worse than before. After surgery he comes up to me and he asked me what did I do to him. 2 occasions after this he tells me that i am his nightmare. Believe me this man has been my nightmare. I have had to ask for rides to go everywhere I have needed to go for the last 7 weeks and I still have to. My life will never be the same. I live by myself and I take care of myself.
