The first tech , she was really nice and attentive, you can tell she loves her job, listen and understood the problem in question, once i was seen by a 2nd tech , the 2nd tech, did not read the notes from the first tech, and assumed i was just going for general check up, once the doctor arrived he was more concerned to engage and interact with his employee, barely looked at my eyes, said you need reading glasses for up close, i indicated the redness and irritation and cyst that he totaled failed to address and his response w... read more

This practice makes its money on volume so they have like a thousand people in at a time and then rotate you through various waiting rooms to make you feel like something has happened but you're not getting treatment the whole time and they don't care about the time of the patient
I’m livid!!! Had an appointment on today at 8am. Get there early to check in. I’m sitting in the lobby waiting to be seen then the front desk lady waiting 15mins past to say I need my doctor to refer me back to this clinic because it’s expired. Like what tf!!! This supposed to been a follow-up visit in the first place. This clinic the one set it up for me to come bk. What a waste of my time and gas for driving there for NOTHING TO GET DONE!!!
