Checked in for my 11:00 am appointment a little early to fill out forms, etc. I was seen by the ophthalmologist 3 hours later. The medical professionals do a good job, but you might want bring a lunch and something to occupy your time. 3 hours wait is unacceptable to me under any circumstances and I believe this was just a normal day.
This place is full of compassion and care !!! Dr Mani is fabulous !!!
Arrived early for a 10:00 am appt. 11:37 and still waiting with 6 people in front of me. "You can reschedule if you like" was the canned answer the smiling young lady behind the counter offered, oblivious to the irony of her statement. Was there a week earlier with a 10:00 am appt & didn't get called into the appt until 11:18 for a less than 5 minute follow up. Clearly this place cares little for its customers time and is more focused on the amount of cattle they can keep in the holding pen. Mooooo
