SCAM!!! They do not give the benefits they advertise; when I cancelled my card 11 months after they took back all the rewards I had spent, and now want to charge me triple what they give to buy back the points. How far they had fallen from the company they were...

Very good work place and is having good ambience. I am working in this building for more than 2 years for now. Good fasciitis and very good work place.They do have TT , and other indoor time pass for employees as well as the kids day care facility available for employees. Amex have very good rating as one of the top employee friendly work place in USA and it is truly correct and this is really a good place to work for.

I filed a dispute for a rather insignificant amount and called 5 times to discuss the facts ,and in the end this company stood behind the merchant in China. I thought that when using my card and with documented evidence . that I was protected...NOT. I only was ever able to speak to an individual in India. I will send a letter to corporate. I have been a customer with Amx for 20 years, I have an above average credit score, so I don't make a habit of disputing things. Taking off this card all my automatic payments.
