I was very disappointed with the way this situation was handled. I was initially given a high limit, which I relied on to make plans, only to have it reduced by 99% without warning. If the intention was not to provide that limit, it would have been better not to offer it in the first place. If I could give zero stars I would. This company has zero customer service because they shave human beings working. They process service with robots and it’s extremely frustrating. I will continue to post negative reviews until a human being responds
