The employees at this location need some serious retraining or just training. It seems that multiple techs there do not know that they need to pull orders, read them, and provide the proper supplies to collect what they need. I now have to visit the lab a fourth time to give a specimen that I have already given them twice now. There is also a serious lack of standardized protocol given that I was told conflicting information on what was needed on my part.
