Ms. Sherry was absolutely amazing! Our son is 6 years old and is non-verbal autistic. I told her and the gal working with her that my son would be completely uncooperative and would fight- HARD. Sherry acted like it was just another day at the office. She kept telling me not to worry, that she does this all the time and not to worry about her getting kicked, etc. I felt terrible, but she kept reassuring my husband and I. She did what needed to be done and got the job done. Not all heroes wear capes.
The lady that was in there on 4/10 she is very rude, very disrespectful, very unprofessional. If this isn’t a job you want to do then go do something else. Working with people is not the job for you ma’am.
I brought my son here today to get his labs drawn. He's 3 and the phlebotomist was very good with him! Awkward layout in there but nonetheless was a good experience. Thank you for your kindness!
Ok, I've now been to this lab twice. First time the receptionist/phlebotomist was unfriendly and had an attitude. I thought, perhaps she's just having a bad day. I tried being extra nice to maybe help her change her mood. But she wasn't budging. I wished her a joy filled day when I left. Yesterday was the second time being there and same person was there. She still was unfriendly and rude. She makes you feel like your interrupting her day. She should not deal with the public. I've seen the other reviews about this same woman... read more
