I am a liver transplant patient. Went there for my routine test on 14-Apr-2025. They didn’t send results even after 4 days. When contacted they were so rude saying that it will be given only to provider. When called again after checking with provider, they gave a number which was disconnected. When my provider called they simply said there is no record of a test on that day. I had to take a retest from another lab. Guess what, they sent a bill after 15 days. Rudest staff I've ever encountered. Took my child for a blood draw, which of course she was scared and nervous about, the girl was not only extremely rude to me but also my child. Never once greeted us, argued very rudely with me about what my daughter was supposed to have done (she was wrong), and when it was time for the blood draw she showed no kindness whatsoever. The tech or whatever they’re called pricked my 1 year old daughter for a CBC test. They did not put the cap on the blood samples right away to prevent clotting and now my daughter has to go through it again. The tech had long nails, over an inch, and I believe that is an OSHA violation. Also they placed the blood samples on the counter, without caps, I believe is another violation. I believe those are violation s due to bacteria collecting under the nails and the potential hazard of the blood spilling onto the counter. The f... read more
I needed to have a Nickel test for placement of a Watchman device. I asked my doctors office to make an appointment about this and was told she was very busy, would be out of town, etc. so an appointment could not be given by the time I was having surgery. After numerous phone calls, they finally put the order in. I went to the location on Exeter Road in Germantown. I arrived exactly at 4:45. I always have a positive experience here. It’s first come first serve, but they move very quickly. The employees are very polite and professional. And they are VERY good at their job. You can barely even feel the needle when having blood taken! I have to have monthly blood draws and I will always choose this location!
