The tech or whatever they’re called pricked my 1 year old daughter for a CBC test. They did not put the cap on the blood samples right away to prevent clotting and now my daughter has to go through it again. The tech had long nails, over an inch, and I believe that is an OSHA violation. Also they placed the blood samples on the counter, without caps, I believe is another violation. I needed to have a Nickel test for placement of a Watchman device. I asked my doctors office to make an appointment about this and was told she was very busy, would be out of town, etc. so an appointment could not be given by the time I was having surgery. After numerous phone calls, they finally put the order in. I went to the location on Exeter Road in Germantown. I arrived exactly at 4:45. I always have a positive experience here. It’s first come first serve, but they move very quickly. The employees are very polite and professional. And they are VERY good at their job. You can barely even feel the needle when having blood taken! I have to have monthly blood draws and I will always choose this location!
