My husband had to come to this location after one closer was closed. Signage on the outside of the building is nonexistent. My husband ended up walking the entire length of the facility to get to the lab. Once there, he found only one person there to handle all of the patient check ins and blood draws. This was a pic he sent me of the waiting room floor.
Rude and unprofessional staff. Very unorganized.
I am a liver transplant patient. Went there for my routine test on 14-Apr-2025. They didn’t send results even after 4 days. When contacted they were so rude saying that it will be given only to provider. When called again after checking with provider, they gave a number which was disconnected. When my provider called they simply said there is no record of a test on that day. I had to take a retest from another lab. Guess what, they sent a bill after 15 days. They had already received the insurance claim of $720. I complained... read more
Rudest staff I've ever encountered. Took my child for a blood draw, which of course she was scared and nervous about, the girl was not only extremely rude to me but also my child. Never once greeted us, argued very rudely with me about what my daughter was supposed to have done (she was wrong), and when it was time for the blood draw she showed no kindness whatsoever.
