Online appointment software doesn’t actually work (it takes your appointment and you’ll get a confirmation text, but they ignore it) and the hours available are not correct. I called their customer service who said they are supposed to be available M-F, 8-5 but they actually only do blood draws until 4 and don’t work on Friday at all. They were the closest in-network lab available but at this point, I’d rather pay out of pocket to avoid using them.
