On prevy visits, they didn't have my orders in the computer. I had a copy in my ey, once, no one could xsfer copy to computer. I have been very disappointed with this locay. I had to wait to have labs done.

Do not use AEL, their offices do not follow posted schedule on their website. You may show up to find out they just shut down at random times. Or maybe even find out the clinic isn’t even open anymore (what they told me initially), but they will send you to their based on their website.

I just called one of the drop sites accidentally a lady named Sherry answered the phone, when I thanked her for giving me the proper phone number she didn’t say goodbye. She just hung up in my face very rude people. Not to mention this laboratory billed me for some lab work, which is covered under my insurance 100%, so they did not do their job and bill my insurance and now I had a collection agency call me to collect $340 bill that should’ve been completely covered under insurance basically they didn’t do their jobs

Attitudes as soon as you come face to face with these two ladies. Phone call had attitude in the voice. Will not answer the phone when there is no one in the office. Please get some customer service training for these ladies. Make a patient not want to come here. It turn out the lady hit a nerve in my arm. I have been hurting since I left the office one week ago, so I went to Campbell Clinic on 7/17. This is what they told me and there’s nothing they can do about it.
