Excellent service and professionalism at this location, starting with prompt and kind responses over the phone to answer some preliminary questions before I drove in. Arrived as a walk in, they quickly took my paperwork and information, sat me in a room and within 5 minutes Ms Mattie walked in. She provided me a water, and expertly drew not two, not four, but EIGHT vials of blood. Single jab I barely felt, and rapidly handled exchanging vials without me feeling even a tug. They were friendly and they took care of me. I'd recommend them to everyone who needs the services they provide.
I had an appointment on September 12 (one month ago), and my doctor and I have not received my lab results. I've called and left several messages with my information for them to get in touch with me. I have not received a call back or any type of communication from them. Also, no one ever answers the phone when I try to get in touch. I won't be returning to this lab and do not recommend it to others.
