Got my blood drawn on 10/4/2024. The sweetheart of lady that's normally there, wasn't there. I have never had a problem since I been going to this location. Until this past Friday. The lady that drew my blood will not anymore. She went to deep in my vein first of all. I felt it when she did it. My arm is sore and bruised. So I was pissed at this point. She stated that she can't wait until 5 so she can get off work. Very unprofessional and needs to pay attention when sticking a patient with a needle. It will help prevent the ... read more
