I called in advance to verify that AEL could draw my labs and process them. They stated they could, so I requested their services and had my blood drawn. A month later, I nor my doctor had received my results and no communication from AEL. They stated that they did not know what happened to the many tubes of blood they had drawn but acknowledged I had been there and that they had drawn my blood. I then received results of some of my labs from Quest but I had not been to Quest and it was for the labs drawn by AEL on the date ... read more

I needed CBC blood work done for my dermatologist and went here to do it. I got there and was finished in under 30 minutes. I went on a Friday afternoon and nobody else was there. The nurse was kind and was able to stick me correctly the first time.
