This insurance company does not follow through on contractual obligations. Outlandish grasp at straws to deny claims. Not surprised at their 1 star rating. Primary problem we face as consumers of insurances is the complete lack of accountability and oversight. This is legal fraud at its finest.
This company is the biggest scam. Do not use. They cancelled my mortality insurance for my horse unexpectedly and didn’t cover most things that were labeled as “covered” for health insurance as advertised on their website and policy. Make sure you read the fine print..they are crooks. I wish I could give them a 0 stars.
